Was it happy with the rug very thin

Hi Deirdre,

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the rug thickness. I sent you an email to follow up your feedback but since you haven't responded to my email I'll just reply here. The rug thickness is displayed clearly on each product page so it is as thick/thin as advertised here on the website. We also have thicker quality rugs, that cost more, the thickness is generally reflected in the price of the rug.

I also offered to have the rug collected from your address if you weren't satisfied with the thickness.
