We ordered this last Thursday morning - by Friday afternoon we had our delivery. There was a slight hitch in that we got the wrong colour rug but a quick phone call sorted this out. The replacement arrived on Tuesday with the 1st rug also being returned. The service is impeccable - clear communication and super speedy delivery. The product is fab and exactly what we wanted.

Rug is quite nice but took over a week for the order to be despatched and for the money to be withdrawn from my account. Won’t be ordering again

We did have a flashing red banner at the top of each page on the website stating that shipping would interrupted between the 27th July and 12th August, after which normal service would resume.
